Taking as a reference the meeting in which more than a hundred residents participated, actions have been carried out, among which are the installation of new litter bins, benches, pedestrian crossings or actions to improve public lighting.
The heads of these councils explained that, although the initial planning has been disrupted by the state of alarm, maintenance improvements will continue to be made in the green and pedestrian areas. The objective of 'La Piel each neighborhood' is to work progressively in the revitalization of urban areas and districts, taking as a reference the opinion of people who live in it and who are the ones who best know the needs and, therefore, the way to use public funds.
It began in the Extremadura neighborhood, where the 'Encarna Reinón' 24-hour Study Room was also recently launched as another incentive and new characteristic element of said area. The Caravaqueño Town Hall seeks the active participation of residents in municipal management.
The objective is that the actions, which are more or less extensive, are not wasted and respond to the real needs of the neighbors.
