| Denounced having suffered a scam through the Internet to claim compensation from bank insurance | The alleged authorship of the crimes of simulation of crime and fraud are attributed to him The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 'JOKREDIT' operation, carried out in Caravaca de la Cruz to clarify an alleged scam through the Internet, which has resulted in the investigation of the alleged victim and complainant as alleged author of the crimes of simulation of crime and fraud, after verifying that the reported events never occurred. The proceedings began at the beginning of the month, when a neighbor of Caravava de la Cruz denounced in the Benemérita Citizen Attention Office that he had been the victim of a scam through the Internet, in his complaint he reported that he had been charged in your bank account of a purchase you had not made. Members of the Public Safety Prevention of the Benemérita opened the corresponding investigation to clarify the facts, but as the investigations progressed, certain doubts arose about the credibility of the criminal act. After an exhaustive police investigation, the civil guards found that the complainant had contracted a loan through a fast loans page and, once the term for payment had expired and the charge had been received in his account, he filed the complaint for fraudulent charges, apparently, for the bank to take over the amount. Once all the necessary indications have been obtained, the Civil Guard has investigated the complainant, who has been instructed as the alleged perpetrator of the crime simulation crimes, for reporting a non-existent crime, and fraud, for claiming compensation from the entity bank. The investigated and the proceedings investigated have been made available to the Investigating Court of Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia). The Benemérita informs citizens that reporting a crime that has never been committed carries criminal consequences, in addition to generating social alarm when dealing with crimes that affect the subjective feeling of citizen security. In this sense, the Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed various operations to clarify alleged crimes against heritage, which have resulted in the arrest of the complainants as alleged perpetrators of crime simulation and, in some cases, crimes of fraud.
