It is a tool available to everyone and consolidated by experience in other cities, which now allows caravaqueños to inform the Town Hall of any damage they detect on the street or in public buildings. The objective is to continue promoting citizen participation through official channels so that the City Council has information on needs or demands and can solve problems in the most effective way possible, whenever possible within the resources and possibilities of the moment.
