The mayor of Caracas also thanked "the strong support that the Animal Welfare Board has obtained, with a prominent presence of stakeholders, while having words of special thanks to the volunteer association 'Econciencia', for the collaboration they have been giving the newly created Department in this City Council with the name of Animal Welfare ".
