"There are 9 areas in the Archivel district in which the water pipes are through fiber cement pipes, which contain asbestos; although it is true that this material is allowed until the end of its life It is useful, this is about to be fulfilled and the neighbors have shown us their concern in this regard, since asbestos is carcinogenic ", said Jes s S nchez, who has said that he does not want to create alarm, but it does require the current Government Team to make a forecast in order to proceed within a reasonable period of time to the replacement of these pipes.
Regarding the motion presented for the reopening of the Caneja Medical Clinic, the socialist mayor has demanded that the current government team reopen the Caneja Medical Office, since it was closed last month March, due to the covid 19 pandemic and it has not been opened yet, as has happened with the rest of the medical offices in the remaining districts.
Jes s S nchez has communicated that the residents of Caneja have contacted their municipal group to inform them that it is not possible to allow the Health Center to remain closed, since there are many advanced people in this district age and also families that do not have their own means to travel to other places.
In this sense, Jes s S nchez has asked the City Council to demand that the Ministry of Health keep this office open and that if it is necessary to make an investment by the City Council in this district, to make an effort since it is a very important issue for the district of Caneja.
With respect to the Colegio de Los Royos, Jes s S nchez has confirmed that the councilor of districts lied in the full past, since he argued that the problem was solved and it was not true, proof of this is that two days later the socialist mayor traveled to these facilities, where a video was recorded showing the unfortunate state of the Los Royos schools.
