This system, carried out by computer, with all the guarantees necessary security and authenticity, so that it is as legally valid than the conventional process.
Consumer Arbitration System is a tool to resolve consumer complaints against employers and users and / or professional, through an extrajudicial mechanism, simple, fast, effective and free.
The system ensures better protection of the rights and legitimate interests of consumers and users and encourages employers to make quality and care of their tools.
As explained Councilwoman Consumption and Trade in the city of Caravaca, Mercedes Velez, the use of new technologies applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board "will lead to a further streamlining of this procedure, being able to dispatch a larger number of files, while saving money, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. "
Velez added that during the month of June have been successfully carried out the first Arbitration Board via videoconference.
