Sound Space has become one of the best classical music seasons nationwide
Sound Spaces cycle, which in recent months has brought to Caravaca de la Cruz the best classical music proposals, bids farewell to the 2009/2010 season with an original idea that blends Chaplin films and music of Salvador Martinez.
"Metropolis" and "Chaplin short" are titles of silent films as part of the history of cinema.
Masterpieces that can be seen and heard along with an original soundtrack by composer Salvador Martinez Murcia, expressly for the techniques of modern film and synchronized to make the scenes and situations in the movie dialogue sound authentic.
This is the proposal that can be enjoyed outdoors on Saturday, July 3, at 22.30 in the Plaza del Arco.
The framers of this concert will be The Silent Film Emsemble, a quartet created exclusively for the performance of live music to accompany silent films.
"The result is an almost timeless artistic beauty with the ultimate intention of offering not only the vision of the film but also a different musical," said the coordinator of sound spaces, Jesus Nieto.
Sound spaces are dismissed and the 2009/10 season, which has seen its consolidation as one of the events leading classical music of our country.
