The City of Caravaca de la Cruz has hosted a meeting between representatives of the festivities and staff responsible for municipal departments involved in the organization of events and ensure the smooth running of the same.
The meeting was chaired by Councilman Celebration, Oscar Martinez, accompanied by the mayors of Emergency, Traffic and Safety, Pedro Antonio Muñoz, and Utilities, Antonio Donate.
They have also participated the older sister of the Brotherhood of Vera Cruz, Elisa Giménez-Giron;
Secretary of Commission of Celebration, Jose Antonio Gonzalez, as well as the presidents of the Moro, Christian camps and Wine Horses, which have been responsible for moving the needs for infrastructure and traffic for five days of festivities and for activities organized during the three previous week late.
The safety and emergency plan has been one of the issues addressed in this meeting, which has also been represented Local Police, Civil Guard and Civil Protection.
