The Director General of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Aquaculture, Carmen Teodora Morales, participated yesterday in the opening of the Fair I segureño and sheep ranching held in Caravaca de la Cruz until Sunday.
The exhibition exposes the segureño sheep breeds, Thekla and celtibérica goat, the last two endangered and of which there are herds in the Northwest region.
It also exposes unmercado traditional gastronomic products of the area, including Appellations of Origin Wines of Bullas, Murcia Cheese and Lamb Segureño and school workshops on traditional crafts.
In addition, during the weekend the Food Festival segureño lamb in bars and restaurants in Caravaca de la Cruz are held.
