Arturo Sanchez Abellán offers on Friday, June 17, at 21.00, a concert at the theater Thuillier, on behalf of the Association of Rare Diseases and other Developmental Disorders Graves, D'Genes.
This joint cultural activity has been presented by Council of Social Services and Culture in the city of Caravaca de la Cruz, Maria Jose Soria and Oscar Martinez, respectively, accompanied by the delegate in the region of the association, Pascual Donate, and the young caravaqueño pianist.
Arturo Abellan is studying 2nd professional degree at the Conservatory 'Leandro Martínez Romero' and receive lectures and advising large international teachers.
With only 14 years, he has offered a long list of concerts in Spanish venues such as the Palau de la Música in Valencia or Real Casino de Murcia- as in other countries such as Austria, Italy and Germany.
This young talent has won over 10 awards at prestigious piano competitions at national and international level.
Among them include first prizes in the XXII edition of the National 'Ciutat de Carlet "Competition of Valencia, in the VI Contest' Small great pianists' Siguenza and the XXVIII National Piano Competition Jacinto Guerrero" in Toledo.
At the age of 13 years he received the second prize at the International Competition of San Giovanni Teatino, Italy.
The entrance will cost 5 euros and the proceeds will go entirely aimed at the 'D'Genes, association whose main goals are to improve the quality of life of people affected by a disease classified as rare and provide advice to both patients themselves as their families.
This regional association has an office in the Northwest Region, located in the neighboring municipality of Cehegín, and is integrated in the Spanish Federation for Rare Diseases (FEDER).
