Councilman Popular Party Sergio Lopez has denounced lack of information by the government team on the works of removal of a fiber cement roof at school in the hamlet of La Encarnación, carcinogenic and pollutant for which treatment materials needed special permits and the intervention of specialized companies.
"At the plenary session of January we present a plea for information about this work. As neither then nor in subsequent plenary sessions was reached this plea for being out of time we decided to present on April 5 a request for information in the General Register of City Hall. the information away from the five days stipulated in Article 10 of the Regulations of the City, has arrived two months later (after the press conference given) and contains neither the complete record of the work or the permission of the Directorate General of Labour, "said the mayor, who said" we still do not know where asbestos is and what has been done with it once removed ".

The council has requested that while not available the required information, precautionary and preventive manner, none of the 28 students keep going to the center and specializes in the removal of such carcinogens company to do the necessary cleaning tasks center.
