The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed the operation 'CANACA' an investigation to find those responsible for a quarrel, which occurred on a central avenue in the town of Caravaca de la Cruz, which has culminated in the arrest of a person as suspicion of drug trafficking crime.

The investigation last May began when the Civil Guard was alerted to the discussion generated between two men, apparently of foreign nationality, in a central avenue of the town of Caravaca de la Cruz got into a fight in which according to some witnesses, he was seen a gun.
This fight became, in a few minutes in a viral event through mobile phone messages and comments on social networks which generated a certain social alarm in the municipality.
Initiated the investigation, the Civil Guard data obtained from a vehicle possibly related to the suspects on the search focused.
In less than twenty four hours, the researchers tracked tourism and identified its owner, a resident of Caravaca de la Cruz, who at that time was in his home, near where the vehicle was parked.
While the agents guarding the building waiting to identify the suspect as he left the house, was observed as, on the balcony of that building an individual hiding a box on the roof, though, when he realized the police presence, began to get rid of the contents thereof through the drain of a laundry tub installed on the terrace, which precipitated policing.
The Civil Guard proceeded to the registration of the house where they were found 14075 euros, precision scales, 200 doses of cocaine and abundant material used for dosing and sale.
Operation 'CANACA' culminated in the arrest of a male person, born in Colombia, of Spanish nationality, 36, on suspicion of crimes against public health by drug trafficking and the dismantling of a retail outlet retail drug .
The arrested, drugs seized money and effects, and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 2 of Caravaca de la Cruz (Murcia).
The continuing investigation opened in order to clarify the alleged use of a firearm in the street and locate the second person involved in the fight.
