The City Council and Abraham Project work in an awareness campaign to encourage recycling
To promote recycling of clothing, footwear and toys, the city of Caravaca de la Cruz and Abraham Project are conducting various awareness raising activities covered by an agreement of cooperation.
The latest initiative, presented this morning at the weekly market, is the installation of cardboard containers in local businesses for citizens to participate in work make sense "and deposit the clothing that no longer use.
The Councillor for Environment, Antonia M ª Álvarez, said that this is another initiative, launched in collaboration with the Directorate General for Environmental Quality, to provide citizens with the recycling of waste.

From Caravaca Merchants Association have supported this initiative by sending information to traders caravaqueños to accede to the Convention for the preservation of the environment and the generation of social economy.
