The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructures, Pedro Rivera, received today the mayor of Campos del Rio, José María Pérez, to address issues related to improvements in regional roads that run through the municipality.
These include improving the RM-531 road linking the towns of Alguazas Campos del Rio and, in turn, runs through Albudeite until connecting with the motorway Northwest-Río Mula (RM-15) was treated.
The Minister stressed that the interest of the regional government is to carry out the necessary improvements on this road to improve road safety for drivers traveling 430,000 a year in this way, and communications between the regions of Mula and Vega Media river.
In this regard, the Directorate General of Highways is carrying out the procedures for tendering the works of the first phase of action comprising the rotunda of the football field and industrial area of ​​the cemetery in Alguazas, with the participation of the City Council on land management in the affected properties.
