A total of 31 people participated in the three employment programs are underway in Caravaca de la Cruz, funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF) and the caravaqueño Consistory, with a total budget of 405,567 euros.
The mayor, Jose Moreno, and the director general of SEF, Alejandro Zamora, visited the Municipal Center for Employment, Training and Equality, which develops one of the programs, in which two masons five construction laborers working on conditioning the basement of the building for the creation of a continuous training classroom footwear sector.
José Moreno has valued very positively the development of these projects to promote employment, "since several important objectives are met, such as creating jobs, training people unemployed and the execution of works of interest general".
Another program developed employment is 'tours and visitor', which has allowed since last March, strengthening the services provided by the Municipal Bureau of Tourism and the Center for Nature Interpretation Sources the Marquis.
In this program five young, previously enrolled in the Youth Guarantee Scheme participate.
Finally, it is also running a mixed program of employment and training of maintenance of public spaces, which includes 15 student-workers, who are in charge of works paving sidewalks and driveways, as well as work to improve accessibility and repair in public buildings, among other tasks.
Participants also receive additional training in subjects such as computer literacy, risk prevention and gender equality.
