The Council of Ministers at its meeting held today, has ratified the provisional authorization for the signing of the cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport, the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and other institutions, for the creation of the Commission Interadministrative event of exceptional public interest "Caravaca de la Cruz Jubilee Year 2017.".

This Commission will be the body responsible for the development and realization plans and programs of activities and support for the holding and in particular, certification of the adequacy of the costs incurred to the objectives and plans of that program.

It should be noted that the Budget Law for 2016 awarded this celebration consideration of an event of exceptional public interest which enjoys the maximum tax benefits under the Law on taxation of non-profit entities and tax incentives patronage.

The program duration fiscal support to "Caravaca de la Cruz Jubilee Year 2017." covers until 31 June 2018.

President of the Commission Interadministrative correspond to the minister responsible for tourism of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.

The Vice-President shall correspond to Mayor Hon.

City of Caravaca de la Cruz.

They participate in it as members one representative of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, and the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport and the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia, the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, the Way Foundation Cruz de Caravaca, and the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of the Holy and Vera Cruz de Caravaca.

The Way Foundation Caravaca Cross assumes the financing of the official program of the event and the bear from its regular budget.

Similarly, the Foundation will be the recipient and administrator of grants or other income to be made for the implementation of the program of support to the event.

Murcia and the city of Caravaca de la Cruz may collaborate with the Foundation by funding activities to be determined, although the central government will not accept any resulting from the actions taken by the Interadministrative Commission financial obligation.
