The government team will Parliament a motion to urge the Ministry of Justice to make the necessary actions to adapt facilities to the regulations
The City of Caravaca de la Cruz debate and put to the vote at the next plenary session a proposal by the government team to urge the Ministry of Justice to improve the infrastructure of the courts located in the town.
The mayor, José Moreno, has held meetings with representatives of the workers, who have detailed her problems, mainly related to the lack of space, they face daily both officials and the users of the Palace of Justice Caravaca de la Cruz.
"The building does not meet the conditions under the Act on Prevention of Occupational Risks, having been their outdated, small and inadequate facilities, given the volume of people who daily work and make use of the facilities," expressed Jose Moreno.
Currently and since 2007, is the City Council which assumes renting the building that houses the Court number 3, in order for the Judicial District of Caravaca de la Cruz is not impaired, even though it is not required own local administration, but the Ministry of Justice itself.
Since Comisiones Obreras Justice Sector transmitted to caravaqueño Consistory its deep concern at the current situation of the courts, and the importance of having modern and efficient facilities adapted to current and future needs.
The motion to be debated at the next plenary asks ask the central government, on economic assessment of the actions to be taken by the municipal technicians, reform and renovation of facilities in order to improve the health and hygiene of Justice officials and thus, the service provided to citizens.
It also appears as point second point of agreement, urge the Ministry of Justice to commit to promote the necessary actions to build a City of Justice, with three courts unified.
