The mayors of Caravaca de la Cruz and Bullas, José Moreno and Maria Dolores Muñoz, respectively, accompanied the Brotherhood of Vera Cruz and the Brotherhood of Our Lady of the Rosary in the twinning ceremony with both religious institutions formalized their friendship and collaboration.
The signing of the twinning protocol, framed the festivities of Bullas, took place after a Mass presided by the Bishop of the Diocese of Cartagena, Jose Manuel Lorca Planes, which also was attended by the president of the regional executive, Pedro Antonio Sánchez.
The document that sealed the twinning was signed by the older sister of the Brotherhood of Vera Cruz, Elisa Giménez-Giron, and the president of the Brotherhood of the Virgen del Rosario, Jose Antonio Martinez.
Caravaqueña delegation gave a pectoral with the Cross, while the brotherhood of Bullas wanted to flatter both the Brotherhood and the Consistory caravaqueño with an image of the Virgen del Rosario.
