The Department of Consumer Affairs and Trade of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz has launched a campaign this week to promote the increase of companies adhering to the Consumer Arbitration System, an extra-judicial mechanism to ensure the protection of rights of consumers and / or users.
The campaign consists of visits to commercial establishments in the municipality, where the technical manager of the Municipal Consumer Office (OMIC) reports the advantages that this system has both the employer and the consumer.
"It is a simple, fast, effective and cost procedure that allows agreements and propose solutions to a given problem," stand out from the OMIC.
The accession of a company to the Consumer Arbitration System is a maximum guarantee level of response it offers to its customers in case of complaint.
Establishments are added to this dispute resolution mechanism hold an official badge, which also represents an improvement in terms of image and quality.
Adhering Company provides publicly the commitment that all claims of economic nature that wish to raise their customers, can be resolved in a fair and simple way through Consumer Arbitration Board, without resorting to the courts.
