The next November, the Municipal Center for Employment and Training of Caravaca de la Cruz hosts three workshops aimed at improving the training and professionalism of the hospitality industry, organized by the Centre for Tourism Qualification Murcia (CCT ) in collaboration with the City of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The overall objective of these is to encourage retraining and the employee lounge and bar acquire the techniques and skills needed to better meet the needs of customers, also sensitize students about the importance of tourism.
The workshops, for which the registration period is already open, are entitled "Technical and abilities room: Introduction to wine knowledge" (15, 16 and 17 November), 'Technical and abilities room: Cut ham "(22, 23 and 24 November). 'Technical and living skills: customer' (29 and November 30 and December 1) the class schedule will be from 16.30 to 20.30.
The workshops are preferably directed at SMEs and self-employed workers in the hospitality sector.
Tuition is free and can be formalized through the web www.cctmurcia.es or at the Municipal Center for Employment, Training and Equal, located in Diego Cortés, No. 9, next to the garden of El Cejo.
The selection of students will be based on the course profile requested in the pre-start of the weeks.
The list of admitted students will be published days before the start of the course and may be consulted on the 'List of supported' the web above.
