The Councilor for Security, Traffic and Emergencies in the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, Pedro Antonio Muñoz, reported on the implementation of the Police Coordination Bureau, which aims to improve collaboration and promote joint research between the Forces and Security forces.
The constitution of this body was authorized at the end of October, at the last Local Security Meeting, which presided over the mayor, José Moreno, and the Government delegate in the Region of Murcia, Antonio Sánchez-Solís.
In the table are represented the controls of the Civil Guard and Local Police and the councilman responsible for Security, Traffic and Emergencies.
"The Local Security Board has foreseen since 2008 the creation of two bodies, the Coordination Bureau for the Protection and Follow-up of Victims of Gender Violence and Police Coordination Bureau, the second had not been implemented in the City Council Of Caravaca de la Cruz to date, "according to Pedro Antonio Muñoz.
The councilman explained that among the issues addressed at the first meeting of the Police Coordination Bureau, it is worth mentioning the robberies that in recent weeks have occurred in some districts and in the town.
"A joint investigation, with controls in the accesses to the urban nuclei, by the Local Police and Civil Guard is underway".
Pedro Antonio Muñoz wanted to make a call for citizen collaboration, "because any information that is contributed in this regard can be important, such as the presence of unknown vehicles in rural areas."
