The Association Gastronomic Society of Caravaca de la Cruz celebrates on February 24 and 25 the VI Gastronomic Days 2017.
This activity, which has the collaboration of the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz, through its councils of Tourism, Commerce and Handicrafts, as well as various sponsoring companies, aim to enhance the Mediterranean diet and promote the gastronomic products of The Region of the Northwest, paying special attention to those with Denomination of Origin and Protected Geographical Indication.
Among the products that will be tasted in the different menus elaborated for the occasion are the rice pump of Calasparra, the Lamb of Segureño, the wines of Bullas, the artisan desserts of Reina and Brocal, the cheese Tío Resti, the Café del Peregrino de Salzillo Honey from local beekeepers or 'Cañonita' and 'Jubilosa' artisan beers and Estrella de Levante's group, among others.
The 6th Gastronomic Conference will be held in the Pedro Marín Salons and are open to all interested persons, subject to a reservation of 30 euros per person per day.
The day scheduled for Friday, February 24 will take place at 9:30 p.m. and Saturday, February 25, at 2 p.m.
