The Caravaca Outdoor Series circuit has as main objectives to promote Caravaca de la Cruz as a municipality with a great sports offer and to encourage the practice of outdoor sports.
For this, it has been presented with a formula based on the participation in four tests on foot, of different disciplines, that combine exigency and versatility.
The Councilor for Sports in the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, Antonio Donate, spoke of this initiative, accompanied by representatives of the organization of the four events that are part of 'Caravaca Outdoor Series': the Crossing of Mountain Resistance' Sierras del Northwest Murcia "," Caravaca Trail Experience "," Caravaca 10.0 "and" Cross Fuentes del Marqués ".
The "XVI Crossing of Resistance in Mountain", organized by the Adenow club, opens the program next March 4, being the test of resistance of this great circuit.
This crossing has a maximum of 150 riders, being non-competitive, and guided at all times by members of the organization.
With a route of 42 kilometers and 2,000 meters of positive gradient, the duration of the same will be between 11 and 13 hours.
The crossing of the association Adenow, which turns 16 in this edition, is unique in its style and the oldest in the Region of Murcia, reason why it is known like 'The Classic', since it conserves the essence from the first edition.
