The City of Caravaca de la Cruz adds to the new agreement promoted by the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia and the Ministry of Family and Equality of Opportunities so that minors with legal measures can perform benefits for the benefit of the community in the administration local.
María José Soria, the Councilor for the Social Services, Health and Women Affairs, attended the signing of the agreement between the president of the Federation of Municipalities of the Region of Murcia, Joaquín Hernández, and the counselor for Family and Equal Opportunities, Violante Tomás.
"The objective is to collaborate in an effective and coordinated way for the insertion of young people who have committed some type of fault, contributing for this a catalog of positions for the accomplishment of services to the community," said Soria.
The minors will be able to carry out unpaid activities of social interest or for the benefit of people in precarious situation, counting on a tutor in the city councils and a commission of monitoring by the General Direction of Family and Social Policies.
