The Municipality of Caravaca de la Cruz granted the subsidies to the Commission of Festivities of the Royal and Illustrious Brotherhood of the True Cross and the Moro, Cristiano and Caballos del Vino bands, aimed at aspects related to the organization and development of the fiestas Employers' organizations.
In total, these municipal grants amount to 70,000 euros;
Commission of Celebrations has received 25,000 euros and each of the three sides, 15,000.
The mayor, Jose Moreno, accompanied by the Councilor of Festivities, Ă“scar Martínez, presented these financial aid to the sister of the Brotherhood, Elisa Giménez-Girón;
To the Secretary of Commissions of Celebrations, Jose Emilio Martínez;
As well as representatives of the Moro, Isidro Villalta;
Christian;
Pedro Antonio López;
Of the Caballos del Vino, Juan Damián Martínez.
During the ceremony, José Moreno wanted to thank the work of the festeros, "the true craftsmen who every year make it possible for our city to have a festival that we all feel tremendously proud of."
The mayor reaffirmed the commitment of the City Council with all the festive estates, a commitment that materializes not only in these aids, but also through an important deployment of means and infrastructures, in security, sanitation, cleaning and ornamental lighting devices, among other aspects.
