The Association of Young Entrepreneurs of the Northwest, with the collaboration of the Department of Employment of the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz, gives next Tuesday, May 16, the free seminar 'Manage your talent, manage your company'.
It is a practical workshop, focused on the importance of talent management within organizations, as a key factor to achieve a sustainable and differentiating business model, regardless of the size of the company.
Among the objectives is the analysis of factors that influence the context of business development to focus attention correctly, how to understand and motivate professionals and the keys to lead a business in the 21st century.
The speaker will be the professional coach specialized in Development of People and Organizations through Talent Management, Gloria Moreno.
She is a specialist in the search for managers and advises in Development and Career Plan of Professionals and Young Talents.
Associate professor in the Degree of RRLL and HR, as well as in Master programs taught at UCAM, UMU, and EEN in Murcia.
She has been the managing partner of Inforges for 13 years.
Degree in Law.
Master in Human Resource Management at EAE Business School / UAB.
International Certification in Coaching.
'Manage your talent, manage your company' is part of the actions aimed at entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs and unemployed people, which are included in a collaboration agreement between the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the Region of Murcia, integrated in the I Municipal Plan of Business Development and Employment.
The workshop will be held from 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm at the Employment, Training and Equality Center.
