The mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz, José Moreno, held a meeting with the rector of the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena (UPCT), Alejandro Díaz, and the Vice Chancellor of Innovation and Enterprise, Alejandro Pérez.

In this first contact, the possibility of establishing a collaboration agreement between the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena has been studied, which will support students who complete their studies of Baccalaureate or Vocational Training and are interested To initiate university studies and also collect measures for the dissemination of science and technology and to contribute to the business and industrial development of the municipality.
