From tomorrow, Tuesday 13 June, and until 25 July, the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz makes available to all neighbors and communities of owners an information point on the aid contained in the Housing Plan.
The service will be presented every Tuesday, from 09.00 to 14.00, in the offices of the Department of Transparency and Citizen Participation, located in Cuesta del Castillo, number 2, as informed by the councilors responsible for the areas of Urbanism and Social Services, Enrique Fuentes and Mª José Soria, respectively.
The extension of the Housing Plan 2017 allows access to a series of state and regional grants and subsidies for rent, building rehabilitation and evaluation report of the building.
In addition to informing the amount of the available aids, the technician responsible for this service will advise on the procedures necessary to process the required applications.
The following are the main characteristics of each of the aids and subsidies included in the Housing Plan 2017:
Aid for the rental of housing
Object of the aid:
This aid will be financed by part of the rent to be paid by the tenants of the rented dwellings, facilitating the access and permanence in the same to natural persons belonging to sectors of the population with few economic means, provided that the Requirements in the order.
Beneficiaries:
Beneficiaries of the aid may be natural persons of legal age who meet each and every one of the following requirements:
To be the holder or be in a position to sign a housing lease, expressly mentioning its cadastral reference, formalized in the terms established in Law 29/1994, of November 24, of Urban Leases, as lessee, Situated in the territory of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
That the leased or leased house constitutes or will constitute the habitual and permanent residence of the lessee, which must be accredited.
That all persons who have or will have their habitual and permanent residence in the leased dwelling (unit of coexistence), possess the Spanish nationality, or that of one of the member states of the European Union, or non-EU foreigners With legal residence in Spain.
That the rent established in the lease of housing does not exceed the total amount of 500 euros per month

Eligible amounts:
Beneficiaries will be granted assistance of up to 40% of the annual rent they must pay for renting their usual and permanent home, with a maximum limit of € 200 per month and € 2,400 per dwelling per year.

Grant for the rehabilitation of buildings
Object of the grant:
Works and conservation works, energy efficiency and accessibility in:
Own facilities and equipment.
Common elements and common spaces of collective residential buildings prior to 1981 in which 70% of the constructed area is of residential use and that 70% of the dwellings are the habitual domicile of their owners or tenants.
Buildings with serious structural or other damage.
Beneficiaries:
Communities of owners, groups of communities of owners and sole proprietors of residential buildings.
Eligible amounts:
The maximum amount can not exceed 14,850 euros per house and for each 100 m2 of useful floor space and 16,335 euros if the property is listed or is BIC.
With charge to state funds: 35% of the budget protected (50% in case of improved accessibility).
With charge to CARM funds: 35% of the resulting state aid.
Requirements:
They will be buildings of collective residential character, built before 1981.
70% of the surface above grade will be destined to residential use and will constitute the habitual residence of the beneficiaries.

Aid for the Building Assessment Report
Object of the grant:
The purpose of this program is to promote the implementation and generalization of an Evaluation Report on Buildings, including the analysis of the conditions of accessibility, energy efficiency and state of conservation of the same, by means of a subsidy that covers part of the expenses Of professional fees for their issuance.
Beneficiaries:
The beneficiaries of these grants may be the communities of neighbors, community groups or sole proprietors of predominantly residential buildings, which have the evaluation report referred to in the previous article before the start of the application period.
Eligible amounts:
The aid will consist of a subsidy, equivalent to a maximum of 20 euros for each of the dwellings of the building, and a maximum amount of 20 euros per 100 m2 of living space of local, without in any case Can exceed the amount of 500 euros, or 50% of the cost of the report per building.
Requirements:
To obtain the aid, it will be necessary to present the Evaluation Report of the Building, with the contents contained in Annex II of this Royal Decree, duly completed and signed by a competent technician.
The corresponding invoice of fees, original or copy, issued by the professional or professionals who have made the report must also be provided.
