● The training wants all municipal groups to have representation in the commission, which will also investigate the management of the 'UTE case' and has already requested documentation from the City Council
● "Putting this commission into action has been difficult, but now we will be able to investigate what happened in these controversial issues and give an account to the neighbors," says Orange spokesman Jos Carlos Gmez
Citizens has already put in place everything necessary to set up the Commission of Inquiry on the management of the Caravaca Jubilar society, the 'Roblecillo case' and the Temporary Union of Companies (UTE) to which the City Council is paying more than 11 million Euros.
Orange spokesman Jos Carlos Gmez, who will preside over this body, has already formalized its start-up this morning, while also requesting the Consistory itself and some of the documentation necessary for the start of its work.
The constitution of the commission responds to a mandate from the plenary, which in November of last year unanimously approved the Citizens' motion for its implementation.
Gmez explained that the purpose of the commission "is to shed light on what happened in all three cases and to clarify the political responsibilities derived", adding that two of the cases - Roblecillo and UTE - are under judicial investigation, "and in the case If there are indications of alleged crimes, the Office of the Prosecutor shall be informed ".
Gomez is now working on the list of possible candidates before the commission, whose work says that "they will last at least a year because of the complexity of the issues and because we are willing to shed all possible light on them."
