The summer rabies vaccination campaign, organized by the Association of Veterinarians of the Region of Murcia, with the collaboration of the Council of Health of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, moves from 5 to 14 July to different districts of the municipality with In order to bring this service to all pet owners.

The objective of this campaign is the prevention of diseases in companion animals, especially in dogs, ferrets and cats.
The rabies vaccination can be carried out throughout the year, although in the summer these annual campaigns are carried out in order to bring the vaccine to rural areas that do not have veterinary clinics nearby.
From the Department of Health of the Consistory caravaqueño remember that the benefit of supplying the rabies vaccine is double, since it protects the animal from suffering this disease and the population, which is avoided the risk of being reached.
