The Yeclana artist Sonia Muñoz exhibits part of her work in the room 'Antonio Martínez Torres', of the House of Culture of Caravaca de la Cruz.
The exhibition is composed of a series of images, in which paintings by great authors of the History of Art are recreated.
This photographic exhibition comes to the town thanks to the collaboration between Council of Culture of the City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Institute of Cultural Industries and Arts (ICA) of the Region of Murcia, through the Plan of Exhibition Spaces, that takes the production of diverse Murcia artists to municipal rooms.
The mayor of Culture and Celebrations, Óscar Martínez, the general director of the ICA, Marta López-Briones, and the photographer Sonia Muñoz inaugurated the exhibition, which also has the collaboration of a group of users of the association of Yecla 'Afectados por el Cancer '(AYAC), who posed as models to reproduce paintings such as' The maja dressed', 'The peasant's lunch' or 'The gentleman's hand on the chest'.
The exhibition 'Art and Photography' remains open to the public until the next September 29, from Monday to Friday in schedule, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
