The City Council of Caravaca de la Cruz, through its Department of Employment, and in collaboration with the Regional Employment and Training Service (SEF), will launch two new local public employment programs, with a global budget of 234,000 euros.
One of them will be directed to the execution of the works of renovation of the dressing rooms of the multipurpose courts Juan Carlos I. To this end, during the six-month period, seven people unemployed will be hired.
The action will have a total cost of 143,677 euros, of which 54,000 euros will be financed through the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Regional Employment Service and Training and the rest will be municipal contribution.
The second employment program granted to the Consistorio Caravaqueño is similar to those developed in 2016 and 2017, within the municipal area of ​​Tourism, and will allow to continue expanding the services of the Municipal Tourism Office and other points of attention to the visitor.
This program, which will be running for six months, is intended for young people under 30 years old, enrolled in the National System of Youth Guarantee.
It will have a total investment of 90,271 euros, of which 63,717 are subsidized by the SEF and the ESF.
The Department of Employment of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz will begin the short period of selection, with people derived by the office of the Regional Employment Service and Training.
With these two new programs, the Department of Employment continues with the objective of improving the professional qualification of unemployed people, through the implementation of public works and services, which go to the benefit of the community.
