'Los Rebeldes', the emblematic Spanish rock band with nearly 40 years of stage career, performs this Saturday, January 13, at the Thuillier theater in Caravaca de la Cruz.
The concert will start at 10 pm and tickets can be purchased in advance at the price of 10 euros, at New Jewelry and Pub La Nota ', and at the box office at 12 euros.
'Los Rebeldes' appear in rock encyclopedias as the first and most important rockabilly band on the national music scene.
Over time, his compositions have been opened to other influences such as soul, surf or swing, configuring a style of his own marked by the unmistakable voice of Carlos Segarra.
From its beginnings in Barcelona from 1979 to the present, the band has sold close to a million albums.
Titles like 'Mescaline', 'I want a star' or 'You are special' have earned a place in the memory of Spanish rock lovers.
In Caravaca de la Cruz, 'Los Rebeldes' will present their winter tour 'En cuerpo y alma', an intimate concert, where in addition to enjoying their classics and great successes, they perform the 'B-faces', not as well known but equally impressive , rounding out the repertoire with some of the most shocking versions of the most genuine rock & roll of all time.
The band is composed by Carlos Segarra (guitar), Wichy (drums), Dani Pérez (saxo), Aurelio Morata (guitar) and Antonio Garrido (double bass).
