The training and mentoring program 'Gira Mujeres' arrives in Caravaca de la Cruz on the 19th and 20th of February, with two free workshops that will be given at the Municipal Employment and Training Center.
It is a project aimed at supporting women entrepreneurs, promoted by the company 'Coca-Cola', which has the support of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz and the Institute of Development of the Region of Murcia.
The 'Women Tour' offers information, advice and face-to-face and online training to find business ideas and take an entrepreneurial initiative forward.
It is aimed at women in unemployment or with work, aged between 23 and 60 years, who will participate in two face-to-face workshops, each lasting five hours, and in a 30-hour on-line training program. , that will allow them to mature the business project.
The objective is to improve training in job search and promote entrepreneurial character through two different itineraries: entrepreneurship and employability.
To achieve this goal, training will be imparted both from a professional and personal point of view, through theoretical sessions and practical workshops, which will take place on February 19 and 20, from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
In its first edition, 'Gira Mujeres' had 4,643 participants from 17 cities and 160 municipalities, who were given the knowledge and tools necessary for professional development.
It should be noted that women entrepreneurs who decide to participate in the 'Women's Tour' project enter a contest for the selection of 10 projects that will be mentored, promoted and awarded seed capital for its launch.
