With departure and goal in the hamlet of Barranda, this Sunday, March 25, the third edition of the trial of mountain bike 'Tirandomillas', scoring for the Faster Wear BMX Cup of the Murcian Mountaineering Federation.
Organized by the Club 'Tirandomillas' of Barranda, with the collaboration of the Department of Sports of the City of Caravaca de la Cruz, the competition will bring together about 200 cyclists, who will travel approximately 40 kilometers along trails, roads and forest tracks the municipal terms of Caravaca de la Cruz and Moratalla, with a positive slope of 936 meters.
"The test is also open to the participation of children's categories, with a route adapted to them", as reported by the mayor of Sports, María José Soria, who presented this sporting event, accompanied by representatives of the organization, Francisco Lorente and Blas Marín.
Registration can be formalized until 6:00 pm on Thursday, March 22, through the website www.cronomur.es.
The fee is 16 euros for runners of the Mountaineering Federation (BXM), 18 euros for members of other federations and 22 euros for non-federated.
Participation in the lower categories is free registration.
Once the test is finished, a meal will be held for the participants (with a free companion).
The departure will take place on Sunday, March 25, at 10.00 am, from the Plaza of the Museum of Ethnic Music, and at 3:00 pm the finish line will close.
This competitive event runs through the mountains of the northwest of Murcia, passing through places such as the Argos River, the Gavilán, the Llano de Béjar, La Pava, Benamor and the Barquilla forest track.
