The new municipal pool facilities have been an entry of 7,355 users during its first month of opening.
These figures considerably exceed the number of swimmers who came last year during the same period of the old pool of "Mora", when there were about 4,000 entries.
The municipal swimming pool next to the Conservatory of Music, was opened to the public in early July.
At facilities citizens can enjoy a swimming pool and a children's recreation and a multipurpose sports court, cafe, toilets, changing rooms and garden spaces.
Also, from the Department of Sports City of Caravaca have highlighted the positive reception of the special activities planned in the new municipal facility, as is the case of the "Summer Sports", who are attending a total of 70 children.
In addition, swimming courses for children and adults who are teaching in the village and the hamlets of Barranda, Archivel, Singla and La Encarnación, have recorded a total of 600 registrations.
