The City of Caravaca lower tax rates of Property Tax (IBI) and Goodwill and freeze taxes and fees, according to advance this morning at a press conference the Councillor for Economy and Finance, Salvador Gomez.
Changes to the Regulatory Ordinances of 2011 to be debated in plenary on Thursday.
The taxes and fees are kept frozen for vehicles and rates by economic activity, garbage collection, fords, water supply, sanitation, childcare and sports activities.
The Property Tax lowers its tax rate by 5% and the rural land 3% and in the case of surplus value the slope is fixed at 7%.
The City Council will create a new ordinance to regulate the electronic bulletin, which allow citizens to carry out negotiations and proceedings with validity, avoiding unnecessary travel.
On the other hand, will introduce an amendment to the ordinance regulating the licensing of opening under the new Law on Integrated Environmental Protection, in order to streamline efforts in opening the business, the steps to unify region and to continue adapting to the Services Directive.
"They continue in force concerning licenses to open 30% subsidies for businesses that promote sustainability criteria, 66% for creation of stable and 50% for entrepreneurs under 30 years," reported Salvador Gomez.
