From the Municipal Socialist Group in the city of Caravaca, we have no choice but to step out of the arguments heard on the radio by the Councillor for the Environment, in our note of yesterday, which accuses us of engaging in false illegal fencing on a farm beside the River Quipar, adding that the fence Councillor reported there because the little that had been withdrawn.
Before this we say the following:
First, our report is documented with photos taken this week, and sent to the media, we show that this fence has not been withdrawn.
Only have paralyzed the fence next to the Black Cave, but have not removed the fence posts that remain in the same place.
Second, much of the farm is completely fenced in Quipar river environment, without the license granted to this day, still affected an area of outstanding natural and archaeological value.
Third, the fenced area far exceeds that provided for the licensing process, particularly in regard to the hill of the Black Cave, Cueva del Rey Moro and site of the Villares.
Fourth, we personally communicated this situation to the chief architect of the technical office for the issuance of the relevant report.
Please be well informed as Councillor before issuing statements like those made yesterday and that in any case you are interested in this issue.
