Caravaca de la Cruz participates in the XII Congress "The City of Gastronomy," which holds up to tomorrow, Tuesday, the trade fair in Alicante (IFA).
This event brings together about 700 representatives of the hospitality sector, which include top chefs, restaurants and food critics in Spain.
Caravaca's participation in this event come from the hand of restaurants "The Palate" and "Pedro Marin, which will feature recipes made with typical local products.
The Councillor for Tourism, Gonzalo López-Auguy, highlighted the impact of participating in this conference, considered the largest national event in the field of gastronomy, to promote local products, such as lamb segureño, and convert food in a tourist resort city.
