The clinical psychologist and psychotherapist Iñaki Ostolaza Guerrero held tomorrow, Wednesday, at 20.15 in the House of Culture Emilio Sáez chat "communication and dialogue for conflict resolution."
This activity is organized by the local community, the Focolare Movement in collaboration with the Department of Social Promotion of the City of Caravaca.
Ostolaza Guerrero is the author of "How to be free. Instruction Manual," a book that contains simple strategies to achieve greater satisfaction in daily life, improve family and social relationships and optimize professional performance.
In his lectures and studies, in the words of Iñaki Guerrero, argues "that we can all contribute much more to others, whatever our skills or abilities."
"We have constraints that block us, curtail our freedoms and prevent us from achieving a more fulfilling life, so try ways to solve complex and grow in self-esteem, so we are more free and therefore happier," says psychologist.
Iñaki Ostolaza Guerrero (Hondarribia, Guipúzcoa, 1952): BA in philosophy, specializing in psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, MA in clinical psychology from the Psychological Studies Institute (ISEP).
He has taught educational psychology and experimental psychology at the University of Deusto.
Besides his work as a psychotherapist, gives lectures and courses in which psychological techniques combined with spiritual values.
