The hamlet of Archivel have a covered pavilion for sporting activities and entertainment, located next to the swimming pool and the school saw Mojantes.
This new facility has a budget of 655,000 euros which has been funded through the State Fund for Employment and Local Sustainability.
The pavilion consists of an upper surface of 1,400 square feet, space that has been specially designed for sports like football, handball, basketball, volleyball and mini-basketball.
It will also be equipped with loudspeakers and furniture to accommodate such events and cultural festival taking place in the hamlet.
The track will be fitted with a telescopic bleachers for 180 spectators, expandable up to 240 locations, as well as cabinet room, toilets, shower areas and changing rooms for teams and referees.
The act of building the pavilion, which have been visited by the mayor, Domingo Aranda, and the headman of Archivel, Juan González, is progressing well and will be finished after next February.
