In terms of lighting there are many defects from the start.
The streetlights both entrances, as the interior lighting of the development itself, has never functioned properly, with a usual 42, the streetlights do not shine by itself or by faulty installation problems (approximately 50%).
Water supply to homes is not regulated and often suffering blackouts.
