The Minister of Health, M ª Ángeles Palacios, and the mayor of Caravaca, Domingo Aranda, today launched the primary care clinic in El Moralejo.
The building, improving and on basic health services to residents of the hamlet caravaqueña, is funded with 145,000 Euros by the Autonomous Community and the City of Caravaca.
The clinic is equipped with lounge, family practice, nursing and administration.
The building, which consists of a plant has been built on a plot of municipal property, located on the square of the hamlet near the Social Hall.
The center is endowed with quality modern diagnostic and treatment equipment, surgical instruments, sterilization, EKG, defibrillator, etc..
Also, the building has a data network that will allow the use of computerized medical records, enabling connection to other health facilities.
The office of El Moralejo joins the network of Primary Care Caravaca City Council and the Ministry of Health have made in recent years in El Moral, La Encarnación, Archivel, Los Royos and Singla to improve and bring health care to the residents of the hamlets.
Along with new buildings, improvement works have been carried out in clinics Caneja, Benablon and Pinilla.
