The City of Caravaca de la Cruz enhance the cleaning and maintenance of streets and gardens during the celebration of festivals and large containers allocated to the headquarters of Kabila, Christian groups and clubs riders.
The staff of the operating company of the cleaning service, Cespa, made a total of 280 services in shifts morning, afternoon and night.
The services will be divided into a first phase of waste removal at the end of each of the events planned and a second consisting of irrigation and disinfection of public spaces once the parties.
The means employed in the special cleaning service on holidays will be as follows: 4 sweeping driveways, 2 trucks with water to clean driveways and sidewalks, 1 machine for cleaning corners with high pressure water, 3 garbage trucks, 3 cars minirrecolectores, 5 backpack blowers, 1 scrubbing sidewalks, 1 small size shovel, 1 unit washer and 120 liters of concentrate to eliminate foul odors.
Thanks to an agreement between the City and lawns, this year will be delivered to the rocks, Kabila and groups about 70 containers, large capacity and labeled with side shields and Celebrations Committee, to deposit the waste generated in their respective headquarters.
In addition, the number of portable toilets will be installed at strategic points will go from 75 to 190.
