From the Municipal Socialist Group said it was unfortunate the attendance of the Mayor and his spokesman in the last plenary session in which our request addressed the critical situation in which the Company is Caravaca Jubilee.

We believe that the Mayor still provide a clear, still lacks a true Viability Plan as it will come asking since February, still call and inform the Board of Directors since almost a year and a half, ignoring our request for convened by, blatantly bypassing the Constitution, and with it the powers that correspond to the Board of Directors in which we are represented and which necessarily have to do.

Mayor in that appearance ends up denying the obvious, ie the untenable situation of the shops and museums, which are almost items not on sale, with power cuts for non-payment of bills, with little maintenance, launching issues that are not certain (which we have provided data and salary workers) and at no time provides data, figures, total debt accumulated by society today.

In addition, the Mayor was unable to explain why they removed the offer of Jubilee Caravaca, guided tours to the Sources and Old Town, as defendants, remains closed or why the Interpretation Center of the Tower of Power, especially weekends when so many people come to the site.

Therefore, from the Socialist ranks want to make clear that the Mayor has led to Caravaca Jubilee with a situation that we consider unacceptable and unsustainable over time and that, to keep dodging the Board of Directors, we would be forced to take legal action.

However, to exhaust the process of clarifying this situation will present another motion to the House to urge the Mayor to take the following measures:

Urgent meeting of the Board of Directors to give a full account both the situation of Caravaca Jubilee.

Maintenance of Caravaca Jubilee Society, and the employment of employees of the company.

Writing a Feasibility Plan, which specifies the current situation, to provide the economic and legal study, and determine viable alternatives.

Agree with all sectors involved the future management model Caravaca Jubilee.
