The results of municipal elections were allowed in the plenary hall of our city council, with the support of nearly 6% of the voting population, we have just begun our journey institutional and served as an example for many people who do not believed in bipartisanship as formula to solve the serious problems that face Caravaca in this term.
In those elections was the 4th UPyD political force in the municipality, and with great support in the rest of the region in the elections.
Since taking possession of our councilman and spokesman, Miguel Sanchez Lopez, with a clear and forceful speech which placed special emphasis on solidarity and work together and which clearly explain his position and the municipal group it represents, proposed sailing together in the same direction, ultimately Caravaca get ahead in this critical situation in which we live.
The work and perseverance have been our hallmark since in the city of Caravaca, proposing motions as important as the choice of democratically elected village headman, conducting an external audit in our municipality, the situation of the company Caravaca Jubilee or motion urging the Regional Assembly to amend the current Regional Electoral Act, not to mention the serious and rigorous proposal to create a master plan to Caravaca de Turismo to relaunch this activity as an economic and social development of our municipality.
At the same time a battery of questions for reasons beyond us there are still pending municipal.
Finally, we cite the recent general election, where UPyD has garnered local, regional and national best results imaginable, almost 1,200,000 Spanish have placed their trust in UPyD.
In our city we have the 3rd political force with more social support, we have broken taboos in all municipalities of the region and reached rates close to 5% in villages like Mula, Cehegín or bullae with that in a hypothetical municipal elections UPyD have gotten municipal representation in these municipalities.
A work that remains for this coming year 2012, the party managed to establish the peoples of our region deferens.
Balance is very positive as we do from UPyD Caravaca and opens the door to a promising future not only in Cross City, but also in the rest of the region.
