In the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia and the Tourist Consortium website of the Northwest Greenway has been published as of today the specification of the special administrative contract for the exploitation of Shelter Network the Greenway the Northwest.
The Consortium proposes this contract in order to meet the needs of completing the human and material resources for the development of a quality service at these facilities.
The network comprises 7 shelters in the towns of Caravaca, Cehegin, Bullas, Mula, Albudeite, Campos del Rio and Alguazas and the contracting company should provide an adequate service of temporary accommodation, cafe and catering to its visitors.
The admission deadline for proposals is to TWENTY SIX working days from the day following the publication of the notice in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, ending the period at 14:00 pm on the last calendar day.
In the event that the last day of the deadline for submission of bids coincide with Saturday or holiday, the deadline shall be extended until the next working day.
Proposals must be submitted to the General Register of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Plaza Julian Romea 4, Murcia office during business hours.
In the specification detailed everything related to the management contract.
The Tourist Consortium Northwest Greenway was created as a public entity, for technical cooperation, economic and administrative management of the Greenway and the municipalities that compose it.
It consists of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Region of Murcia and the towns through which passes the Via Verde, Murcia, Molina de Segura, Alguazas, Campos del Río, Albudeite, Mula, Bullas, Cehegin and Caravaca de la Cruz.
