The Municipal Group of Union, Progress and Democracy (UPyD) in Caravaca de la Cruz was as rejected his proposal to create a dependent Municipal Culture Hall.
The motion filed on 11/12/2011 with the General Register of the City, and for reasons unknown was the last item placed on the agenda, behind others presented subsequently debated well into the 23.30 hours Ordinary in the House on Monday January 16, corresponding to the last full month of December 2011.
Following a presentation by the magnificent grounds and Councillor UPyD spokesman, Miguel Sanchez, the spokesmen of the other political groups praised the proposal except UPyD and Councillor for Culture spokesman of the government team's Party, who began his speech with an expressive "we will not support this motion," and defensive arguments without entering fully into the contents of the proposal UPyD.
A replica of Miguel Sanchez, was swift and with a "I'm sad to hear that you do not support the creation of this Board in favor of culture in Caravaca," adding that it has lost a great opportunity to advance decentralization and give voice to groups and associations who fight and enforce the culture of a society as a benchmark.
Finally, Councilman UPyD berated the government team that confuse the work of the council involved with the creation of this Board and repeated several times "let you flow into the culture," which we assume are not in time for the work.
