The Department of Culture of the City of Caravaca has scheduled the fourth edition of the series "Pedanías Theater," which take drama and storytelling children to different districts caravaqueñas.
The series begins this Sunday, Feb. 26, at 12.00 in the Social Center of Benablon with the company "Teatro La Frontera" and his latest venture by the children's stories "The Adventures of Menpín and his briefcase."
The cycle will continue until the end of the year and visit Pinilla (March 11), Navares (April 21), Caneja (May 12), Los Prados (June 16), Barranda (July 7), The Moralejo (28 July), The Moral (August 4), Los Royos (August 18), Archivel (September 15), The Almudema (October 20), Singla (10 November) and The Incarnation (15 December).
The councilman of Culture, Maria Cruz Pérez, said that this cycle was created four years ago to decentralize cultural activities of the town and make them closer to all neighboring villages.
"To put the program we have had several companies Murcia, among which is the theater group The Jardinico, composed of a group of young caravaqueños", stressed the mayor.
