The causes that led to the cancellation of the concert are totally alien to the City of Caravaca.
The decision was taken unilaterally by the promoter of the event.
-The Department of Culture regrets that this concert can not be held finally in our city and for any inconvenience this may cause the followers of the group that had planned to attend.
It also wishes to clarify that the concert venue was chosen by the developer itself among all the spaces offered by the City, such as the Plaza de Toros, the tent city of the station and the fairgrounds, among others.
-The economic costs of the concert were borne entirely by the promoter, limiting the City's commitments to the assignment of space and provide means of security, cleaning and loading and unloading, as was reflected in the contract signed by both parts.
-Finally, it is worth noting that the developer has visited up to three times the pavilion Juan Antonio Corbalan, without putting any kind of problem.
Specifically, at the last meeting congratulated the Electricity and Maintenance services to address the various requests and the work towards the concert.
We therefore believe that the cancellation of this concert was that the developer has not been fulfilled their expectations for ticket sales to five days of the concert.
